In 2012 I was awarded a SoundCloud Fellowship to produce a collection of stories about and with New Yorkers on the subway as part of a project I created called “From Hear To There”. The project gained over 20,000 followers on SoundCloud. I handled all aspects of production from creating the budget to scheduling interviews, creating an archival system for the audio and visual materials, and maintaining a tight production schedule while also managing the project’s social media presence and community outreach.
